USThe room was spacious and clean, the house is in a nice neighborhood close to where I needed to be, the owner was friendly, and as a real bonus, one of the owner's cats was very friendly and kept me company a couple of times. This was my choice. This would have been easy to not have the cat enter the room if I didn't want him to.
The mattress is not good. I got a sore back. If the mattress was replaced with a good mattress, this would be an easy place to recommend and want to return to. There is no room for a neutral comment, but I was in the downstairs room, and I had to walk up a flight of stairs to use the main bathroom. There was a half bathroom on the main floor which I could have used but for taking showers, one needs to be able to walk up a flight of stairs. For me, this was not a problem.

There were no welcoming communications, better-quality towels were needed, and I didn't realize that the bathroom was shared.
