Su ubicación muy céntrico. La comodidad de la cama.

Apartamento a pie de calle, sin siquiera vestíbulo. La puerta de la calle a ras de suelo es directamente la vista de la cocina salón y cama. Al coincidir días de lluvia entras mojando todo el piso (no tiene felpudo). Por otra parte la única ventana da a un patio interior, tiene poca luz, y de noche la gente que sube a los apartamentos o va por la calle de oye con mucha intensidad. La tele no tiene antena por lo que solo se ve a través de internet o plataformas de pago. No obstante la estancia fue agradable debido a su proximidad a todos los puntos de interés.

Ubicación perfecta y calidad precio de lo mejor que he visto. Un acierto.

La lejanía a un parking

Location is great: close to all the places of interest and a parking lot just at the door. The apartment was clean at our arrival, the hosting staff was responsive, even if not helpful. Kitchen was fully equipped, both beds ready for the night, no need to look for the bed lining etc.

The online check in form does not function properly, and the reply you get when asking for help is “try another browser” and “it works at our end”. BTW the issue was solved after playing with checkout time. For the people who wake up easily it’s good to know that the tram goes literally 10 meters from your bed on the same ground level, and you can be easily woken up by its sound and vibration. The apartment doesn’t have an access to the common hall of the main building, it was specifically mentioned in the instructions, that the permission to enter the main building must be requested separately. There are some plumbing issues in the building, we spent there two nights, and both nights were accompanied by a water dipping sound. We were told that the maintenance team didn’t find any leakages. On the second night I went to the bathroom at about 2-3 am, and there was a cockroach. Sorry, don’t have any pictures, but my husband is a witness, as I woke him up to kill the cockroach.
