O curățenie exemplară. Felicitări proprietarilor!! Asa as vrea sa găsesc peste tot pe unde merg, adică respect fata de oaspeți. ( și invers, bineînțeles) Mulțumim!

Elég könnyen megközelíthető,a Házigazda nagyon informatív,kommunikatív ,és kedves volt...Igazi Szatmári pálinkával várt minket,Útbaigazított a vásárlóhelyek,és látnivalók tekintetében...Minden megözelíthető a szállástól könnyen...kocsival.gyalog,tömegközlekedéssel....Pár napos ott tartózkodásra maximálisan megfelelő!

Appartement moderne, propre et bien situé, avec de nombreuses facilités à proximité. Bien équipé, il offre tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Les petites attentions à l’arrivée, comme le verre discrètement proposé, sont appréciées. Le parking gratuit et surveillé ;-) est un réel plus. Contact facile et très réactif avec les propriétaires via WhatsApp. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Quelques bruits peuvent être perceptibles depuis l’extérieur ou le voisinage, parfois un peu gênants, mais l’ensemble reste calme et permet de bien se reposer.

It was very clean which was the most important for me with a toddler that runs on the floor and wants to touch everything. I asked in advance if they can warm up the place and it was indeed cozy warm when we arrived. It covers all the basics we needed and very spacious in comparison with other places at similar cost. Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la această cazare. Apartamentul este bine situat, la câțiva pași de stațiile de transport în comun și de un supermarket. Parcarea este disponibilă chiar în fața apartamentului și beneficiază de supraveghere video, ceea ce ne-a oferit un sentiment de siguranță. Apartamentul este spațios, curat și bine dotat, oferind tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil. Csaba, gazda noastră, a fost extrem de amabilă și prietenoasă; ne-a întâmpinat cu o pălincă locală și ne-a oferit informații utile despre locurile de interes din Oradea. Raportul calitate-preț este excelent. Recomand cu căldură această cazare!
