The whole stay was bad and that’s extremely concerning because I had only come back to sleep in the night, the WiFi was constantly glitchy - the whole room smelled of smoke throughout my stay I opened the windows and tried multiple things it just didn’t go away, and the bathroom also smelled of smoke and the bathroom mat had mud which they didn’t clean. It was honestly a horrible experience. And above all this they charged me extra for the early check in for which I had to make the payment to a private account when I asked them for a bill they said that they’ll send it to me at the end of my stay, after I checked out I asked for a bill to which they said they can’t provide it immediately and that they will WhatsApp it to me which they conveniently didn’t send me, the staff didn’t even care and they basically said go do whatever we can’t give you a bill.

The room i was given had a leaking Air Conditioner. When I asked to change room they asked me to adjust till next day. Next day I had to call and remind multiple times to get the room changed.
