Me gustó las instalaciones, donde me hospede siendo la más alta tenía una vista espectacular

Creo yo q podrían mejorar un poco los piqueos y comida en general el tema precio con presentación del plato podría ser mejor

The setting in the jungle with the fabulous view over the lake was amazing. The room has a lovely well designed, self contained, compact bungalow It fitted a king size bed, minibar ( opcional) toilet and shower with a little patio outside with swing chair and hamock. A short walk to a lovely bar/ restaurant which does great regional food and a full bar at good prices. Every day we were dropped off at the lake for jetskis ( extra) which were modern and great fun, kayaking and swimming. We arranged other little trips around the village to the mudbaths etcétera. The owner, Isa was a pleasure to deal with as we're all the staff especially, Ruth (reception) and all the girls at the bar/ kitchen. They really care about your stay and do what they can to make sure you enjoy the facilites as well as they area in general. It reminded me a lot of South East Asia.If You had a question or wanted to organice anything you could just ring up reception and You got a straight answer immediately and they tour/ service could be organised immediately. We really loved it there and hope to make it back at some stage. Top trips in Perú.

It is not a crititism, actually good fora little exercise, but there is a little walk from the Main road to the hotel like 250meters and a little up a moderate slope which maybe a slight issue or some people.. Of course, they told us that immediately on booking and helped us with our bags on arrival and on our way home. If you hace any questions just contact them they are very efficent and honest with all requests/queries

Las vistas desde las habitaciones son hermosas y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. El personal también es muy amable y la comida es buena.

La subida hacia el hotel puede ser difícil para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad.

El lugar es simplemente maravilloso las vistas a la laguna, la armonía con lo natural, las cabañas impecables con todas las comodidades, la comida que ofrecen en el restaurant buenísima.

Podría mejorar el tramo de acceso al hotel, pero igual volvería a ir ya que las instalaciones son de primera.
