"Overall ok only"

Room was overall fine. Was able to borrow utensils from in-house cafe to use in room, for "Grabbed" food. high level rooms to be further away from traffic noise.

1) Told staff upon arrival I have multi bookings and it will be 4 consecutive days (already paid), but they called at 11am next morning to check whether I was extending after the first night. Happened twice. Even had to get the room card reactivated a few times. 2) there was one day for 3-4 hours with no hot water; ~3-7pm, not sure how long it lasted. Didn't tray again until 11pm

the beds were really comfortable, the room was nice and clean. the buffet breakfast was also really nice

the only thing was the swimming pool that was closing at 6pm and the gym was under maintenance. but apart from that, my stay was lovely
