The apartment is really cozy and spacious, with a marvelous view of a park. One great feature is that the bedroom is located on the west side, so you don't get woken up by the sun. It has all the necessary amenities, especially in the kitchen. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Maria is a wonderful host, providing all the important information. I would strongly recommend it.
