It was an absolutely adorable property. Very well kept with great amenities. We were able to get everywhere within 15-20 mins. The owner was accessible and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be staying again! Thanx for a great stay Kim.

Clean, spacious, great amenities, very close to Beale Street.

pulling onto the street at the corner there was a lot of trash and beer cans... Not property owners fault bc it’s at the corner, not their home. Just wondered if we were turning onto the right street or not when we first got there.

"Wonderful Property!"

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Erica far exceeded all my expectations. I can honestly say that this was the nicest rental property that I have ever stayed at. It felt like we were staying in a brand new house. Everything was spotless clean! Every room was also wonderfuly decorated, there were so many cute little touches. I was so impressed by the kitchen, it had everything we needed, and I was so happy when I saw the Keurig and K-cups! We also felt very safe during our stay, we loved that there were deadbolts and a very nice alarm system. Erica was also great with communication, she was very responsive. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again next year!
