nice building near historical center, big balcony and good communication from HUB team (easy check in and check out).

Floor was dirty. Kitchen equipment could be more (dish soap/ sponge). We stayed only for three nights but some more/ fresh towels would be also great. Toilet bowl was a bit broken. Only one room card so we were not very flexible in case someone wanted to leave the room alone.

Apartament was nice and new. It has big bed and was 15 minutes from the old city. Close to the train station.

Our apartament Oceano was not ready at 3 p.m and stuff ask us to wait around one hour. We could leave bags but cannot stay in the apartament. There was no balcony as we thought according to the pictures. There were no shower shelf, no shelf in the hall, no kitchen towel. Stuff offered us room with balcony in the old city but we wanted to have a kitchen so we decided to stay in Oceano. They offered free aperitivo but when we asked about it later, they told us it was not possible. Apartaments should have more actual pictures (how it really looks like)

Nice apartment in nice and newly renovated building. Grocery store just cross the street. We arrived little bit earlier, before check-in and they did not let us wait, what we really appreciate. Check-in was fast and smooth, we paid everything by card without any problems.

There is no washing mashine although it is stated in description. This was quite disappoitong for us as it was one of the reason we booked this property. Also location is not so great as in the description. It about 15 minutes walk from the city center and even more from the real beach, but close to the train station. No possibility to store the luggage after check-out.
