Modern Nature Retreat - Private Holiday Home in Bandarawela Hills

Very nice landlord Lal, great communication with both him and Malinda (the owner?). We loved the surrounding garden. Quiet and beautiful place. Great accomodation for those who wanna escape the busy downtown.

Can't go without saying a word about serenity at nature nest.The facilities provided to us are very attractive.Cleanliness is high.The welcome we were given when we arrived there was more impressive than anywhere else.Very happy with the staff who supported us from booking this accommodation till check out.Mr.Lal who supported us for all our work there was very friendly and helpful.A place worth visiting for a vacation once again.Best place to go for a holiday. We recently stayed at this lovely cottage in Bandarawela for the second time, and it was just as amazing as the first! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the host, who truly made us feel at home. The hospitality here is unmatched, with the host going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The cottage itself is cozy and feels like a home away from home – perfect for a relaxing getaway. We initially planned a shorter stay but ended up staying more than 5 days because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, homely stay in Bandarawela. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The location is a lovely, relaxing spot, perfect for a getaway. The owner was incredibly supportive from the moment of booking, providing clear instructions and guidance. Caretaker Lal was very friendly and looked after us attentively throughout our stay. The place was well-equipped with all necessary amenities like kitchen utensils, a gas stove, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, and hot water. Overall, it’s a nice place that offers great value for the money. I’d definitely visit again!
