Holiday Surf Hotel (with full kitchen)

The location was great. The manager was super helpful always and provided quick support.

Great place to stay

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Kitchen supplies (scissors, utensils, pots and pans) were in good condition and met our requirements. The beds were comfortable, apartment was spacious. Parking was straightforward to get into. Overall great experience.

Provide soap for dishes in case we needed to re-use before the next morning clean of the dishes and provide salt and pepper.

The staff was amazing. They did their job of checking you in and left you alone unless you needed help. The room had a fridge, microwave and couch. It also had a stove. There were no issues going in and out even after hours.

The cabinets are outdated. It was a little too far to walk to the beach and stores. The TV was very small. Our remote had dead batteries. The bathroom is very small, not even enough room to change your clothes. We were facing the street and could hear sirens and cars all night. The AC is small and very loud.

All was exactly as listed in the advertisement...(no pool no problem!...) Small but useful little balcony... Host was very helpful during stay for any requests... Room/Facilities were exactly as advertised, not fancy but working in good order and very clean! Kitchen was well equipped... Good location, near to bus stops, shops, restaurants and short walk to Beach front..

Beach Towels were same as the Bath towels and beach mats were a bit dilapidated but good enough for purpose... Some days there was early traffic noise from road outside with trucks/bikes...and last couple of days noisy neighbours talking/smoking on nearby balcony at night after 22:00...could happen anywhere...

Convenient, great location and comfortable accommodations

Outside noise from the street was at times too loud.

The property was in a central location close to downtown. Kitchen was nice, and we appreciated having the beds in the living room, as well as parking.

It’s situated on a busy corner that during weekend nights is loud with cars, people and sirens. Because the windows are bloopers, there’s no sound blocking and you can hear everything.

Close to shops and walking distance to places.

The hotel was comfortable and was in a good location if you like to be out of the busy tourist streets. Staff is friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay!
