One Bedroom Steps Away From The Beach!

Very lovely condo. Very convenient location. The building was very accessible and safe. The laundry room was convenient. Very nice pool. The host was always available and immediately answered any questions and was very helpful. The additional fee for parking was reasonable and fair and the parking spot was right next to the building and underneath a covering so when it rained I didn't get wet. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy walking access to restaurants, drugstores and grocery stores. The kitchen was very nice and the entire apartment was updated and comfortable. Two big screen TVs. The cable and smart TV was very helpful to have. The Wi-Fi worked fine. The keyless lock was a very nice and easy feature to use. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here! The apartment was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt at home right away. The location was great, communication with the host was easy, and the whole experience was smooth from beginning to end. Thank you so much for hosting us — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect — close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was especially important for me since I cook for my kids. We also really appreciated the beach equipment — chairs and umbrellas were a big plus. The pool was wonderful, and the whole complex felt quiet and safe.

I booked an apartment in a condominium in Sunny Isles Beach, FL through Booking.com for 4.5 days between 12 and 17 March 2026, and this stay turned into a very stressful and unsafe experience for my family. First, access to the unit was confusing from the beginning. The door that was supposed to be ours did not even have a number on it, and we had to rely only on the code provided through the Booking.com app to find and enter the apartment. Once inside, we noticed that basic items were missing in the kitchen, such as a simple dish sponge to wash dishes or clean the countertop. When we tried to get a sponge, we were told we would need to wait about half a day, which is unreasonable for such a basic necessity in a rental apartment. The most serious and frightening incident was a security breach in the unit. At one point, strangers opened our door and entered the apartment, clearly knowing and using the same pin code that we had been given. This happened while we were about to leave for the beach and my wife was half naked, which made the situation extremely scary, humiliating, and unacceptable. The fact that other people had access to our private accommodation through the same code shows a serious failure in the way access is managed and raises major concerns about safety and privacy. In addition, the listing had promised beach supplies such as chairs and umbrellas, but when we arrived, these items were in terrible condition. The chairs and umbrellas were dirty, rusty, and covered in cobwebs, making them unusable. Only on one of the 4.5 days of our stay did we receive clean and usable beach supplies; the rest of the time, what was provided did not match the standard or expectations created by the listing. To make matters worse, when our flight was cancelled and we suddenly had no place to go, I ask help did not bother to provide any meaningful help or support, even though we were already in a difficult and stressful situation because of our flight.
