This is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment

On arrival, there is no reception. Only a security guard. He rang the owner. It took half an hour before we got the apartment number and the security code. When entering the apartment, there was a sheet in the washing machine. The towels were dripping wet and hanging on a rack in the open window. On contacting the host, he promised to bring new towels. We were there 2 days - the towels never arrived. There was no toilet paper, no soap in the bathroom, no dishwashing liquid, no tablet for the dishwasher, no electric kettle, no coffee or tea. There was a chopping board, but no knives. No cups, only glasses. The clear impression here is that there is no understanding of the requirements for short-term rental accommodation.
