The location in Castel del Monte and next to Gran Sasso is perfect for those visiting the area. 10’ car drive you will be there. There are no many properties or hotels to stay so is good to find one with good communication. Free biscuits and coffee is a nice touch.

We feel the apartment was to humid and not making the stay nice. Cold is fine but being June is strange that you feel all the time“cold” inside the apartment when outside is hot. We didn’t like the feeling. Only we could enjoy when the apartment was open with air from outside. It needs better insulating system. Some of the furniture and linen also need renovation.
