"Awful service and would never use again"

Had to pick the keys up from booking.com reception which was 15 mins away from the property. The staff there were really rude and not helpful. They put me on edge about staying at the property and I couldn’t relax in the property the whole time I was there.

"Brilliant, lovely place and views would defiantly stay again."

Free parking, right on the sea front and Benidorm's prom. The place was well appointed and everything looked fresh. Nice sun room facing the sea very spacious place just the 2 of us. Sofa looked new and slept well as bed were comfy. We were able to walk to where we wanted.

Bit chilly at night and no heating in the lounge. Plug in the wash hand basin didn't hold water and so difficult to get a sink full. Toilet seat was broken on our arrival. We reported this. We were there for 6 nights and no one came to fix it which was strange so we 7 days of no toilet seat.
