Relax Suites Extended Stay - La Mirada

The fridge/ freezer was loud all night.

This place is a dump. Everything is falling apart. Rooms smell like people have been smoking. Beds are very uncomfortable. They gave away my reservation. Nothing works. It was so bad, that we did not even stay the night, and we left a few hours after checking in to another place. People smoking are smoking at the entrance and inside the hotel. Pets roaming around. Horrible experience

Everything could have been better.

The guest are friendly and make you feel at home away from home.

They DNR everyone for no real reason. No one should be getting DNR.. Breakfast is short and should have more to offer n not be in the lobby but a separate room

Nothing I was not given a room , I need a refund.

I was not given a room, their system was down or something, the person at the front desk told me to wait an hour to see what they can do, this is at 11 at night. I need a refund

Bed sheets were dirty there was brown stains and ciggeratte burns in them. Kitchen was dirty tv remote didn't work and room reeked of Marijuana. 2nd room I requested was slightly better considering no Marijuana smell.

No breakfast

It was an old facility and I 1st got my room and the toilet was clogged so I requested a new room

Nothing at all not 1%. If you’re reading DO NOT BOOK! First they gave us a room that was not cleaned at all and if so, they need better maids. Requested a different room, just to see cockroaches, cigarette burns..

They need to find better management, Hotel is literally a crack house. DO NOT STAY OR BOOK AT THIS LOCATION. Also requested a refund after seeing everything wrong and dirty, denied $100 refund and does not show on website anything about refund.
