Brilliant location just a few minutes from Gran Via and close to multiple metro stops. Close to local restaurants, cafes and bars - safe and quiet - loved our stay here, would return!

"Great location with a couple rough edges to work around."

Great location - tapas bar below the apartment was awesome. Several markets close by. Rustic ambiance of apartment was nice, but updated kitchen was a real plus. Juan was very helpful and responsive.

No air conditioning in one bedroom was a real negative - very poor sleep for the couple in this room. That bedroom was also extremely cramped - couldn’t get out of one side of the bed without crawling over the other person. Drying clothes was very slow in humid enclosed exterior space. Bathrooms were really tight with a couple fixture issues.

"A wonderful 2 day break at a fabulous apartment in Madrid!"

The owner met us at the property, on our arrival and was most informative and helpful. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had every facility required for our stay. My wife and I (and our 2 friends) loved the space and also the quietness of the area. The property is ideally placed in Madrid, enabling us to walk to many of the wonderful areas such as Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and of course, some lovely bars and restaurants. A fabulous apartment!
