KeyCity Apt Near Amsterdam & The Hague

Exceptionally clean and most comfortable. we used the laundry washing machine that worked like new. Nice breakfast elements in the fridge. Perfect if you have bicycles (like we did), because it is 3.5km from the centre.

Lovely apartment. Host let us check in a couple of hours early which was very helpful. All appliances worked well. Lots of sunlight. Host left us some goodies to eat, snacks to munch on. 2 balconies were great. Living room was beautiful. Shops across the street and bus stop too for easy travel to train station were really great plus points. Leiden is a very pretty small city/old university town with lots of canals and greenery

Not a major issue for 4 of us but it was advertised as a 3 Bedroom apartment and it really is a 2 bedroom apartment with an additional large and beautiful living room. Dutch old style toilets take getting used to. Could not figure out tv remote to get Netflix on and the very nice guide book supplied by host did not clarify it well for us.

Everything was better than we had expected. A very clean, spacious, comfortable and warm apartment in a convenient location. The lovely host met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and left us all the necessities plus more. Shops and take aways across the road, a bus to the train station across the road. A very quiet neighborhood with some birdlife.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The best part was Rachel who was amazing, her communication was wonderful, she kept in touch, gave travel advice and it didn’t matter how late we arrived she still met us. Property was very comfortable, close to bus and supermarket. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Extra special was breakfast, milk, eggs, cereal, juice all provided. Lovely toiletries, washing detergent all provided

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Appreciated the food provided so no need to shop straight away. Excellent information provided on Leiden and its surroundings.

We felt like home. The apartament have all you need for a good stay. It is located at second floor and we find parking place near apartament. All is clean and we apreciate that Rachel let for is in the fridge some food for breakfast.

I higly recomended this apartament!
