Lovely and clean with almost everything you would need although an iron would be great.

Parking wars. Lounge was bare and uninviting.

It didn't look cluttered and there was a lot of space. Once the heater got going, it did worn up.

There were issues with the toilet seat and all of us nearly fell off using it. There were only 4 cups on the stand and we had to hunt for a 5th as there was 5 of us. There was no blinds in the small room, or even a temporary curtain for privacy. So a towel had to be used for some privacy, meaning the window couldn't be fully closed. With that the room got cold and was woken up through the night from the train barrier. There was a problem with the sink in the bathroom. The water struggled to go down and you had to spend ages trying to rince out the sink. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and you have to remember to bring your own towel with you, to dry your hands. And get something to wash our hands. The small room could of done with a fresh paint, as there was markings all over the walls. There were pet hairs in the 2nd bedroom. The pillows in the betroom were all flat and a second pillow was needed. A door mat was definitely needed. With a rating over 9, expected it to be spotless, the cleaning to a high standard and spider webs around.

Central location close to railway station, easy to collect keys out-of-hours...ideal!
