Overall, we had a good stay and managed to relax. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large living space made it feel very comfortable, especially for a bigger group, and having several bathrooms was a big advantage for convenience and privacy. There was also a residential pool on the property, although I’m not sure whether it is available for guests or how well it is maintained, so I can’t really comment on it.

The location is a bit far from both the city center and the nearest beach. Also, the closest grocery store is not within walking distance, so having a car is basically necessary. For families with small children, driving to the beach is definitely the better option. Another negative point was the terrace. Unfortunately, it was not very clean because there are many cats roaming around the neighborhood (they seemed to belong to a nearby neighbor, as they were often staying on the neighboring terrace). The cats were using the terrace as a toilet, which made it quite unpleasant and unhygienic. I did not allow my children to play there because I was worried about their health and hygiene. Every morning I had to clean up cat droppings from the terrace, which was not pleasant at all. At the same time, I understand that the owner may not have full control over the cats in the area. Still, it would be great if something could be done to prevent them from using the terrace as a litter box.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I liked the location, a little, Spanish town.

All the neighbours have dogs that start barking very early.

Well equipped holiday home, plenty of storage space, nice quiet location. It's on the outskirts of Gran Tarajal but it's an easy walk into the town.

The capsule coffee maker is expensive to use and bad for the environment.
