Tipsy Cottage Charming 2 bedroom home.

Location was good, lovely bathroom

Clean, beautifully presented, great location

Pillows a bit flat, don't like a footboard on the double bed.

Everything was of a high standard, a lovely welcome pack, and the late departure time of twelve was really appreciated .

Great little cottage for family trip down south to a wedding. Much more convenient than staying in the recommended travel lodge/premier inn. Staying here gave us our own space and cooking facilities etc making our stay more comfortable and enjoyable ☺️

There was nothing we did not like but would have been useful to have a full length mirror as we were getting ready for wedding and it would have been good to have a long mirror 😉

Property has been so thoughtfully renovated. Fantastic location between Otley and Ilkley. Lovely village location.

Such a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Property had everything you would need. Some really nice touches with the decorative mice. Very clean.

Gorgeous cottage, simple contemporary decor.. light and airy but properly cosy in the evenings. Really comfy beds. Lovely location (play area, deli, coffee shops, library all within walking distace), beautiful part of the world. Really warm with really responsive heating system. Essentials waiting for us on arrival were a lovely welcome. We will certainly be booking again.

A little bin in the bathroom and a measuring jug in the kitchen would have been lovely.. other than that it's a gorgeous property.

Location, layout, value for money and host.

Said it had parking on Booking. Com. But it didn't and twice we had to park in next street. I did search for properties listed with parking.

Great location ideal for exploring the countryside, Burley in Wharfedale, Otley, Ilkley, Skipton and Hebden bridge, had a wonderful holiday.
