"Pleasant but not comfortable in winter"

Location is great although it’s dirt road to get to the and in the property. Views are great too. The kitchen is nice and has plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking. Beds were really comfortable and the homes had enough blankets to keep us warm.

No heat in the living room with exception of a fireplace that’s open to the elements so cold air comes down from the chimney. There wasn’t any wood to start a fire so we’re were freezing the first night in the living space. The bedrooms have space heaters that are enough to heat up the room once doors are closed. Hot water is limited and only flows freely to the Master bathroom . The other bathrooms get hot water only if no one has showered in the Master already. Most likely a small water heater for the size of the property.

"Love it here, great location and comfortable house, the only problem was the smell from the drains."

The house is in a beautiful location, in the middle of the Guadalupe Valley and all the main wineries are close by, also there is a great variety of restaurants offering amazing food. The site is still under construction but the workers were very polite and mindful of the guests.

Maybe because the house is not in constant use there was a bad smell coming from the water drains in the bathrooms. The pipes may need a deep cleaning to get rid of the odor. Although the weather was fantastic and warmer for the season, if it gets colder, more or better heaters may be needed. There is a fireplace in the middle of the living room but you have to purchase the wood from the house keepers.

"Beautiful stay in Valle!"

This house is perfect for a perfect stay at Valle de Guadalupe. I like how close was to other key places in the area.

The shower take a long time, more than 10 minutes to get warm water, so don’t expect to take a hot shower in here.

Muy buena locación y limpia. La propiedad está bastante amplia con 3 recámaras y 3 baños completos . Perfecta para una familia grande o grupo .

La cafetera no funciona bien . Se tarda mucho en hacer café .
