Salotto sul mare Pescara , via Cadorna

Vista stupenda e relax totale! Il soggiorno al Salotto sul Mare di Pescara è stato davvero speciale! L’appartamento è luminoso, spazioso e arredato con gusto, con una vista mare spettacolare che da sola vale il viaggio. La posizione è perfetta: fronte spiaggia e a pochi minuti dal centro, con tutto a portata di mano – ristoranti, bar, negozi e anche la pista ciclabile sul lungomare. Ideale sia per chi vuole rilassarsi che per chi vuole esplorare la città. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile. Un vero angolo di pace sul mare! Consigliatissimo, soprattutto per chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità senza rinunciare alla comodità.

Very pleasant and accommodating host. Clean apartment with a nice terrace. Laundry room outside with washing machine, iron, and drying rack. Fully stocked kitchen.

Only minus is that there is no AC, but the house is designed so that you can open all the windows during the night and let it cool off. The master bed was not particularly comfortable.

Host was extremely helpful

The place is spacious with two dining areas, two showers and toilets. It has all the facilities required for longer stays and is deal for families with kids or small group of adults. It has a back terrace and washing area.The place is nicely decorated.

The name "Salotto sull Mare" is a misleading a bit because the place is on ground floor and there are no views of the sea. However this did not bother me as it is just over 100m from the seashore and the kilometres-long promenade of Pescara. Parking on the street was not a problem in May but it may be during the height of summer.

We had an amazing stay at “salotto sul mare”. The location is perfect: 3mins from the seafront and a few more from supermarket, shops, etc. The property is spotless and incredibly spacious, it is equipped with everything you could possibly need, from wine glasses to condiments to essential cleaning stuff. The little patio was perfect for cosy breakfasts. The owner is incredibly friendly and always happy to answer any questions. The WiFi works beautifully. It was just fantastic.

If I really need to pick something, the water pressure for the shower is a little low but that’s common in Pescara. The dining room is a little dark but I imagine that’s actually a positive if visiting in the summer as it would keep the place cool.

The house was beautiful and the host was very welcoming and friendly.

The apartment is of a really nice size, it is newly refurbished and has most thing that one can need during a short stay vacation. The beds and mattresses were really comfortable too, Beaches are at short walking distance, all services needed are in close vicinity.

The house was listed without air conditioning, but it also was not equipped with mosquito nets at the windows. This made it impossible to hold the windows open, otherwise we would have been eaten alive by mosquitoes. I strongly suggest the host should upgrade the apartment with either mosquito screens on all windows, or an air conditioning system.
