Nice, cosy and clean place. · Fast communication with owners. · Several handy little presents: some coffee, a bottle of water, olive oil. · Small but reasonably equipped kitchen. · Communal pool with sunbeds and toilets. · Pool bar and two snooker tables.

Early check-out (11:00). · No car park. · Small pantry and fridge. · Poor air circulation. · The apartment has two windows: one in the living room overlooking a pedestrian street and another in the bedroom facing a lookout basement. On the pedestrian street, some boisterous neighbours hang out. Loud noise, children crying and quarrels can be heard day and night from inside the apartment with the windows closed. The apartment has a rectangular ground plan, so noise can be heard from the front, both sides and above because of the extremely thin walls. Not just people outside, but when a neighbour turns on the faucet, it can be heard as if it was inside the bedroom. When the neighbour's phone vibrates, it's like it's yours on the night stand. These noises woke me up at 2, 3, and 4 a.m. After a day at Siam Park or Teide, dealing with this and not being able to sleep properly is not what I was hoping for.

The complex, the pool bars, the location, the amenities. Lovely sized balcony with sun most of the day. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Overall we enjoyed our stay even though there were several issues that needed sorting.

Apartment was a little tired and could do with some maintenance. Balcony doors are starting to fail, bedroom curtains are falling off the rails, the shower needs replacing and the electrics are dodgy in places. One of the sun beds broke and wasn't replaced. Recliner chair was extremely rickety.

Shakespear's bar like right at the entrance (cheap beer on tap, good options for breakfast), next to a minimarket. A bit downhill - another minimarket, open 24/7, so you are always covered. A few floors up, an another pool bar and a terrace for sunbathing. Very good option for sustainable travelers - all your waste can be easily managed because all the recycle containers are right on the next side of the street. The hostess - probably the most kindest person I ever met in Tenerife. Very good recommendations on local restaurants! Easy communication via Whatsapp and in person. 11 out of 10 ;)

No soap in bathroom, which is not a big deal. Also there is a small towel missing in the kitchen area which would be perfect to get your hands dry after doing dishes. If you are a light sleeper like, you might find your night's sleep a bit disturbed by some fans' noise because the bedroom's window goes straight into background alley. Only bigger cons for a longer stay - no washing machine.

The hosts were very friendly and communicated perfectly in English. The apartment was newly decorated and stylishly furnished. A pint of beer at the on site bar was only 2 Euros.

Everything was fine.
