Charm City Luxury 4 Bedroom Brick Home

This was a great stay for my family of seven. Everyone had lots of space. The living room, dining, and kitchen areas are beautiful. We enjoyed the location, which is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Inner Harbor and other attentions. Perks include a really cool surround sound system, speedy WiFi, and TVs in all the bedrooms. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser, which is clearly well maintained. We also appreciated Colton’s responsiveness and kindness. An AMAZING value overall!

The sheets and towels are due for an upgrade. We appreciated the property for providing them, but they are in need of a refresh. Or just bring your own! No other complaints! Great amenities.

We were all very comfortable. It was like visiting my home away from home for the most part. The accommodations were adequate with a few exceptions.

The bedrooms did not allow room for storing personal belongings, i.e. 2 hangers per room, no dressing storage in each room. I had difficulty opening the back gate to access garbage can, which was completely full upon entering property. However, I will say that each member of my party was very comfortable inside and if allowed, we would like to return. The Host was also very responsive when I addressed concerns upon arrival. Thank you, my Mom had a fabulous time. I enjoyed my birthday and so did my son-in-law. Everything on our itinerary was within reasonable distance which made the choice of location excellent. With minor adjustments, this would be 10/10!

The modern asthetics were a plus and definitely photo op ready.

The TVs on the lower level were not working.

The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for my family. The sound system was a plus!

Showers were sometimes cold and took a while to warm up. Also, upstairs was very hot in contrast to the basement.

There are a few security features that should be immediately rectified. I suggest adding curtains or blinds to the windows on the main level. Also, the top floor gets really hot, while the bottom two floors are freezing cold.

Modern comfortable spacious townhome in convenient location. Perfect for groups enjoying the city.

Property was really nice and comfortable! Had more than enough space!

The basement does get cold and upstairs gets hot fast. So close the vents upstairs to warm the basement faster. Also, if multiple people stay, the hot water will get used up but only if people are taking super long showers. Other than that’s it’s GREAT!!!

I literally loved everything about the property it was clean updated & looked exactly as pictured and the beds a super comfy 😁

The shower water was cold up until our last day😩 & im the basement the door was not secured even with the stick my cousin left out of the balcony and went through the back door and just pushed it a little bit and the door was open & the stick fell. It was really scary with it being a house full of ladies.
