Double studio room in front of the sea

Η πόρτα της τουαλέτας χαλασμένη, μόνο μια πετσέτα για κάθε άτομο. δεν είχε σαμπουαν ούτε σαπούνι σώματος. Πολλές αράχνες. Δεν είχε σήτες. Χαλασμένο καζανάκι. Πολύ μικρός χώρος για διπλό κρεβάτι! Το στρώμα πολύ άβολο.

Absolutely beautiful view! Can’t miss that on a good day. Bed was comfy, everything was clean, a bit rustic, but overall lovely.

Vent wasn’t closed up, so big gap in the ceiling.

The best place you can stay in Pelion! I arrived here quite spontaneously, planning to stay just one night – and ended up staying almost a full week. The first thing that captured my heart were the balconies. They're absolutely stunning – not just a sea view, but perched right on the edge of the mountain with the entire sea spread out in front of you. Just waking up at sunrise and peeking out the window is enough to take your breath away. The place is only a 2-minute drive from Milopotamos, one of the most beautiful beaches in Pelion, and there are two delicious tavernas nearby with amazing views. The closest village is just 10 minutes away, which makes it peaceful yet convenient. The owners of the place are truly special people. From the first moment, they made me feel at home and quickly became like family to me. They helped me generously when I had a flat tire and responded kindly and warmly to every request I had. They really made my experience unforgettable. It’s a third-generation family-run place, and you can feel the love and care they’ve put into it. The rooms are simple and modest, some with a small kitchen that's very convenient for cooking. The price is incredibly fair, especially for long stays – as a solo traveler, it's rare to find such affordable and welcoming places. I have no doubt I’ll be coming back!

What is exceptional about this property is the view! Fantastic sunrises! Everything else was like expected. Simple and cosy. I would love to come again. Shops, beaches and restaurants to be reached with a short drive.

The view from the balkony is amazing, the location is very close to Mulopotamos beach and not to far from Tsagarada village.
