Amazing location, just 2 minutes you have a supermarket open until late and in another minute you have in front of you the Pisa Tower. Clean, great communication with the staff, instructions very clear and easy to access.

Hello, We stayed at the house a few days ago and were left with a very negative experience. The house was poorly cleaned, smelled strongly of dampness and mold, and was generally in unacceptable condition. When we arrived at 3 PM to check in, cleaning still hadn’t been completed, and we had to wait outside for an hour and a half. Once inside, we were immediately struck by the unpleasant odor — a mix of mildew, humidity, and strong air fresheners clearly used to mask the underlying smell. The bed sheets had holes, and there were insect marks on the walls. Every room was dusty and dirty, with hair from previous guests. The dishes and cutlery were unwashed, with dried food stuck on them, and the towels had visible stains. The yard was messy and neglected. The house is located on a very busy street, which made it extremely noisy at all times. While it is close to Pisa’s main attractions, it is not suitable for people looking to relax in peace and quiet. There were insect screens on the windows, but they were full of holes, allowing all sorts of bugs to enter if the windows were opened for ventilation. The bathroom was small and not properly cleaned. The toilet was also dirty, and there were no cleaning supplies, no soap, or other basic essentials provided. The bathroom fan made loud and strange noises, and the toilet doors were hard to open. Some of the walls in the house were cracked, and in the living room, strips of wood had been attached to the lower part of the walls, presumably to cover mold. However, instead of solving the problem, this just trapped the smell and made it even worse. Overall, the property was completely neglected and in no way resembled the photos or description. For anyone considering staying here: I strongly advise against it. It’s better to spend an extra €50 and book a clean, properly maintained home, even if it’s a bit farther from the center. This place may have a good location, but everything else about it was absolutely unacceptable.

Location

It wasn’t clean. There was no real air conditioning (in the middle of the summer!!), there were only 2 cooling fans. One of them we had to fix before using it. The windows are just next to the street and you feel like everyone can see you and enter your room but you must have your windows opened because it was 100 degrees inside.

The only decent things about it were that it was close to the pisa tower and the owner let us check in slightly early as we reached earlier than check in time. Memorable decor, though not everyone's cup of tea. Place was large.

I really don't like giving a bad review but we're pretty disappointed with the stay. First of all, all 3 days had zero warm/ hot water. Though it was summer, the days were rainy + windy and we didn't even shower have the days as the water was freezing cold. Moreover, we didn't receive a response from the owner when we informed about it. Definitely the least clean place we stayed in. The dishes still had grease and dirt from previous use, the blankets were not previously washed (the bedsheets and towels were clean), and the place overall wasn't the cleanest. Also zero cleaning supplies. The kitchen didn't even have a washcloth/ tissues to clean up after ourselves. There was a dishwasher but no pods to use it. The washing machine didn't seem to work. Also this part was our fault but didn't realize how far it was from the bus stop. Though it was only 650m-ish, since it was only accessible by foot (no cabs allowed), the cobbled streets made it soooo hard to pull and carry our luggage back and forth and took a good 15-20 mins. So the location is great if you want to stay close to pisa tower and eat around, plus has super markets nearby. But if you want to do day trips like us to Florence, Cinque terre, Lucca etc, it would be hard due to low bus frequency and distance.
