Unfortunately, we didn’t even have the chance to stay in the apartment because about an hour after we booked the apartment and received confirmation, a woman called us and literally said that the price we booked at was listed by mistake and that the actual price was higher. When I told her that this was unacceptable, she told me I had to cancel the reservation through the booking form. When I refused to do so, she called me again and said that the apartment owner would be staying in the apartment and that we couldn’t come. After that, she simply increased the price in the existing confirmation. This is simply unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. We have filed a complaint with Booking.com and are waiting for their response.
