Family apartment “Tenerife with love!”

Grazie ad Anna e alla sua disponibilità abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. Senza problemi ci ha confermato subito un check in anticipato… indicazioni per l’accesso ricevute con notevole anticipo e molto dettagliate. Appartamento pulito con tutti i comfort… ci torneremo

4 friends staying for a week from 22/03/25.The apartment was extremely well equipped with all necessities.Living area was a lovely large space and comfortable with 4 adults sharing.Kitchen well equipped with washing machine and thrilled to have a coffee pod machine.Beds were very comfortable and overall clean throughout.Unfortunately they were works going on at the pool area with a lot of drilling noise throughout the day.We just escaped to the beach and returned late afternoon when work had stopped.walking distance to the lively strip was a few minutes away and half hr walking to next resort los Cristianos and the same for Adeje.Huge amounts of restaurants within minutes walking also. The booking was easy and would highly recommend the apartment.Thank you

Nice appartment, well equipped for living. Good location, near to ocean, bars and restaurants.

Appartment is located within a hotel, walls and windows are not soundproof, thus nights are noisy.

The property is spacious and central to las Americas. It is well appointed and absolutely spotlessly clean. The owners have thought of everything ( umbrella, shoe horn, sewing kits etc). The apartment is well appointed for families. There is no aircon, but there are modern ceiling fans in the lights which worked really well for us in February. We did have an issue with the water not being warm enough to shower initially. It turns out the water heater was broken. This was replaced immediately by Anna and her team as soon as we reported it with no further inconvenience to us as a family. It’s working perfectly now. The only downside to the complex is the noise. This is mainly down to other residents coming and going at all hours. The owners do provide ear plugs ( another nice touch). There is nothing else that can be done about this by the owners, other than possibly replacing the windows with double glazing. We also stayed during a period of general upgrades with re-rendering, paving stones being laid and a new child play park being built. These upgrades will be a great addition when they are finished. It didn’t impact our stay too much. The complex has a good communal shower area and luggage room for after checkout and it is near to good eateries, supermarkets, chemist and sports pubs. ( none of which cause the noise). You don’t have to venture far if you don’t want to. 5 min walk to the beach and a good central location. I would recommend staying to those who are not too sensitive to noise and who do enjoy a lively Family holiday.

The noise generally. This will depend on who your neighbours are during your stay. The maids and maintenance staff do start at 7am. If you’re an early riser, this won’t bother you. loungers by the pool aren’t the most comfortable but it’s a little sun trap with a little snack bar. The access to the pool is being upgraded which will be an improvement to this area.
