This cottage was in a lovely leafy safe area of Memphis. All necessary facilities were available. The decor was modern and stylish.

Being a historical house the layout was quite cramped in places ant there was little light throughout. Some of the fixtures needed attention.

Location was close to family, and all the places we intended to visit in Midtown.

Unsure why we were not able to use the driveway, but other guests did not always make room for another vehicle to park in front or behind them even though there was plenty of room for two vehicles in front of the duplex.

I like the location and easy access to the airport. About a 15 min drive. It had ample parking, most of the amenities you need, and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we needed new towels and bedsheets.

There was a big cockroach in the bedroom that we had to kill, not enough kitchen appliances for proper dish cleaning, and I wish there was salt, pepper, and oil for simple cooking. A couple of nights it was noisy due to the neighbors that we shared a wall with. They had a dog that was loud, barking, and crying at times. Thin walls, so be mindful of that.

It had a nice sized living room and bedroom. Was convenient to where we wanted to be and reasonably priced when booked for a few days. Host suggested a fabulous tour for us to go on and were very quick to respond to my texts

The aesthetic was nice.

It wasn’t clean! We found other guests hair on the bed. It seems as if no one has cleaned under the bed in MONTHS! My little dog who likes to wander around the entirety of the house, which includes anywhere on the ground he can walk on, went under the bed to grab his toy and came out with the nastiest dusty bunnies, wads of different hairs, crumbs, and trash. It was so disgusting, I had to try to refrain my dog from going on the bed.

We loved this semi detached house. Large spacious great bed fully air conditioned laundry facilities and kitchen and dining. In a great place where we felt very safe. A great all round place to stay. Cooper was responsive to any questions or assistance needed.

Would have been handy to have an oven tray for the pizza that I cooked in the oven otherwise everything was great.

I loved the layout and location.

The location was great. Safe and convenient. The bed was super comfortable. Keurig is great
