Escada Next level luxurious 1 bed home

The owner sent all of the details needed to get into the building and the flat by whatsapp, which made it super easy to enter. The details of the wifi etc were also there. The location was perfect, especially good if you have just arrived because there is a restaurant/ coffee shop on the food, so you can stay in an apartment and have all of the self service luxuries of washing machine, netflix, fridge, cooking, whilst you can still get what you need from the restaurant on the rood when you first arrive.

At the time, one of the elevators was out of service which did cause a long time in waiting, but that isn't the landlords fault

The shower head. The water pressure and shower head could be better

Everything was as it stated on the booking. The apartment was smaller than expected but very cosy and comfortable with good facilities including a water dispenser, hot water, an iron and a washing machine. Supplied with basic cleaning facilities for bathroom, kitchen and clothes. Definitely would go back and I'd recommend it for anyone!

A toaster would have been great! Would be good if the heat option on the water dispenser worked but no big deal as there was a good kettle.

The very horrendous rude behaviour of Sharon (The property owner). I was asking politely for late check out as I needed to fly a bit late of check out time. I was thinking to roam around after i check out but i ask her politely to keep my big bags somewhere. I understand if she refuse politely, instead she told me to "make friends with staff to watch my bag HAHA. " She was enjoying on my hard time????? I BOOKED A NEW HOTEL JUST TO HAVE THAT EXTRA TIME KEPT FOR MY BAG. WHAT A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. ON TOP OF THAT THE ROOM SMELLS HORRIBLE. I FEEL SO ITCHY AT THE BED. IFEEL IT HAS BED BUGS AND BED BELOW IS FILLED WITH DUST AND THERE IS NO AC. I BOOK THE PLACE COZ OF THE NICE POOL BUT THE POOL WAS TERRIBLY FILTHY THAT I DIDNT EVEN DARE TO SWIM. SO IF YOU BOOK HERE FOR THE POOL, BETTER NOT AS YOU MAY GET SKIN DISEASE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR SUCH A HIGH ASKING PRICE. I TRAVELLED A LOT OF PLACES AROUND THE GLOBE AND THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM A PLACE. IN ADDITION YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL AS A TRAVELLER/TOURIST AS IT IS DANGEROUS OUTSIDE TO WALK AS A TOURIST.

Sharon, the hostess, is a cordial and helping person. She adapted for us the check-in time and arranged a transfer from the airport of Nairobi. The studio is situated on the 16th floor and gives an impressive view of Nairobi, both day and night. The studio is well equipped, perfectly clean and decorated in modern and stylish way. Google TV allows you to watch YouTube on a large plasma screen. The building is in the heart of the Westland district of Nairobi.

There was a construction site just in front, and thus some noise could be heard
