The location was nice and serene. The peace and quiet makes for a great stay with family, especially when getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Hot water ran out after one person showered. Maybe that needs to be looked into. Other than that nothing really. It's spring so the hot temperatures made it bearable.

Precious was amazing and friendly! She met us on arrival, and helped us park with a ski boat behind our vehicle. She also woke up at 1:45am to let us out!

The accommodation was not easily accessible from the highway. Although the map on booking.com showed it was right there, we had to travel a fair way around to get to the place. With towing a boat, it made it a bit tricky.

The location was great, unfortunately the organization and management not so great.

I like the upgrade after the initial allocation room was a disaster, brown water, no hot water, etc.

Nothing - Never got to stay there as they canceled my booking when i didn't answer my phone.

They canceled my booking because I didn't answer the phone when they called. I arrived and they had given the room to someone else so i had to find new accommodation. Absolutely unacceptable.

Finding the place was a challenge as there's no sign outside and we drove past the place a few times. I had specifically booked this accommodation because it advertised a swimming pool, but when I wanted to use it, I was told it was dirty. What was more disappointing was the response I received, suggesting that I should have called ahead to ask if the pool was clean before booking. As a guest, I expect the advertised amenities to be available and clean. Furthermore, we encountered several maintenance issues including the front door that was difficult to lock, a dirty toilet and a kitchen tap that was hard to open. The TV's WiFi connection was also problematic. I hope the owners make the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests.
