B&B HOTEL Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol

L'hôtel est vraiment en plein centre. Le restaurant est très bon. La chambre était propre et petit plus une petit surprise vous attend sur votre porte le matin 🥰 Bonus un endroit pour se retrouver avec café gratuit , petit biscuit et jus d'orange. Le personnel est très sympathique Lieux parfait !!!

We booked a premium room with a terrace a few months in advance. At that time, I specifically confirmed with the hotel that the room would include the egg chair shown in the photos, and they assured me it would. This was the main reason I chose to pay extra for this room. At check-in, I once again reminded the staff that the room should include the egg chair. Despite this, it was not in the room when we arrived. We immediately notified the staff, and he said it would be resolved that day. After waiting for a few hours and making several follow-ups, we checked again at 11pm, only to be told that the chair was too heavy to move and that we would need to check out and check into another room the next morning. This was very frustrating. We had already had a long day of travel and were left waiting unnecessarily, especially since we had asked earlier whether we should move rooms or stay put. The staff member advised us to stay, assuring us the issue would be resolved. To make matters worse, the correct room with the egg chair was vacant and located right next door, yet we were still told to wait until the next morning to move, which didn't make sense. We were only staying for two nights, and the loss of time was unnecessary. The problem itself was relatively minor, but the way it was handled showed a lack of communication and consideration for guests' time.

Nao tem nada a ver com o hotel mas como nao sei com quem reclamar disto vou por aqui. Pedi para a Cris marcar um taxi assunto que ela fez com toda amabilidade. Fomos para o aeroporto com um taxista chamado David que além de desrespeitar todos os limites de velocidade (125 em lugares que o permitido era 80), ir com as janelas abertas e quando pedi para fechar ficou malhumorado e nao ligou o ar. Recebeu um telefonema e ainda em velocidade, anotou em um caderno. Na chegada pediu gorgeta a que logicamente nao dei. Certamente um desqualificado para dirigir.
