1 Bed Apartment very near to mailbox and broad street and New street station

The bed was so low you might as well slept on the floor . It was supposed to be clean but we found in the kitchen 2 pans with old oil left in them the taps in bathroom wasn't polished empty cores of toilet rolls left on show and a big hand print on the door leading to the balcony also oven wouldn't work. Finally the host didn't meet us when we arrived, something that surprised me we just got sent photos of where to go to get keys to the apartment and where to go to our room on watts app

So it started with the property manager not turning up to show me in despite me giving plenty of notice. He then told me he was was on his way but changed his mind and decided to send me pictures instead and call with admittance information. When I eventually got in, well I was greeted by a horrendous musty smell, leftover food in the fridge, scum on the taps and thick dust. I eventually discovered late at night the smell is because they dry sheets in a closed cupboard next to the bedroom with no ventilation! He offered to send a cleaner earlier on but based on the admittance fiasco and the time of night I finally discovered the cause of the smell I didn’t bother. Took me three attempts to get WiFi password.

Fantastic location, about a 3 minute walk to Mailbox! Bed was comfortable and sheets clean and fresh. Heaters kept the flat warm. Host was quick to respond and easy check-in and check-out.

Wasn’t super clean. Lots of carpet stains and the bathroom mats also stained. Bathroom floor had a contact lens in the corner so clearly hadn’t been cleaned well.

I extended my stay. Good location. Shower had a strong flow.

No dishwasher, hob was hard to figure out. Not sure why it costs extra if you're 2 people though. Heater would go off randomly and refuse to turn on and the place would freeze too

It was quite a nice central location

I think the bed could be better.

The room got everything and you can eat and do chores

The apartment was nice and relaxing

Whoever cleaned the apartment didn't take out stuff that was left in the fridge from the last customers, also the bed is too low, and I suffer with my back and legs I struggled to get out the bed due to it being to low., maybe you should consider proper beds that is convenient for all
