Alles was perfect.

The location was excellent. In and amongst locals and a great range of bars and restaurants

Nothing really, but a kettle for us Brits who like cups of tea.

The location was perfect for our visit to Bilbao. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Indautxu metro station and less than 10 minutes to the Moyua station. The street downstairs is perfect to experience the lifestyle, chatting whilst holding a drink and eating pintxos! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The 2 bathrooms makes it perfect for groups and the kitchen was well equipped. Sandra, the host, was great! She kept in touch the entire stay and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay at this property!

Es muy amplio, la zona común está muy bien distribuida y se puede estar muy cómodo en prácticamente todo el emplazamiento, la ubicación es buenísima, tienes los pintxos y el ambiente justo debajo de la casa, la habitación principal es increíble, la bañera de hidromasaje una gozada. Sandra está muy pendiente de todos los detalles y la verdad que eso se agradece muchísimo, estábamos encantados con ella, sabíamos que podíamos contar con ella para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos

Solo un par de detalles, el sofá no es del todo cómodo, la cama que se obtiene del armario en el salón tampoco lo es mucho Los ventiladores de techo podrían ser un poco más potentes, es cierto que nos pilló en plena ola de calor, pero siempre se puede escoger menos potencia si no se necesita, pero quedarte corto pues es menos cómodo, incluso aire acondicionado tmb ayudaría

The host is very friendly and helpful

The apartment is above the bar, and it's impossible to sleep at night due to the loud noise. The restaurant’s storage room is next to the apartment, and people come in throughout the night to retrieve items. The bedrooms have what I would describe as artificial windows—when you open them, you see air conditioners and a wall. Overall, very poor value for money. Parking cost extra 20 eur per night.
