Se proprio devo trovare un piccolissimo difetto metterei asciugamani viso per tutti gli ospiti oltre al telo doccia

Abbiamo adorato lo stile , la pulizia, la posizione e la disponibilità dei gestori

Nulla ma posso solo suggerire di mettere una tv in camera

Struttura bellissima, centrale, super pulita e con un personale che è stato gentile e attento dal primo momento fino all’ultimo. Se torneremo a Valencia sarà la nostra scelta.

Location was perfect The apartment is clean and modern The bottle of wine, chips, and candy, from the owners as a welcome gift was very nice. The dry white wine was delicious. The shower pressure is wonderful. The towels were nice and extra’s were provided. The free standing closet for your clothes The juliet balcony The dish drainer Bed pillows were comfortable The elevator was really nice.

No instructions on anything! Not on the television or any appliance. We couldn’t get the stove to work. We had to catch the housekeeper of the building, which took 3 days, to show us how to operate the stove so we weren’t able to make eggs for three days of our stay. The toaster was old and broke. We notified the property management and we had to wait two days to get a new toaster. The clothes rack is way too small. There is plenty of room to store a larger clothes rack. This would be so helpful as we had to drape clothing on furniture till they dried. The water from the shower runs out onto the floor. We stayed a week and ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Property manager needs to instruct housekeeping to leave more supplies. There was only ONE dish towel for the week. The skillet handle was falling off. We notified the property manager and all they said was “Thanks for the info.” The skillet and pot’s are old and desperately replacing. The kitchen knife needs sharpening. The kitchen spatula needs replacing. Need a few more containers to store food in the refrigerator when staying for a period of time. There were only 3 extra small containers that really couldn’t help store anything. There was no top sheet on the bed. The coverlet is so heavy and a sheet would be nice when the guest gets too hot in the apartment. The wall hanger on the bedroom wall is not attached well. It leans forward. If you hang anything heavy, it could potentially pull off the wall and cause damage.
