"The apartment was very nice and clean. But it was frustrating dealing with the lockbox."

The lockbox was very hard to operate. It was difficult to open and especially difficult to close. It also needs to have a motion sensor light over it to be able to see the lockbox at night. It would also be nice to have a local contact person

"Clean and comfortable unit with a very convenient location - great value!"

I was in town for a high school reunion. The location was very convenient with an easy walk to the local shops and a 2-minute drive to the event venue. I will be letting my classmates and friends know about this rental for anyone travelling back to Cattaraugus.

Everything worked fine.

property owners were very helpful and responded very quickly for any questions I may of had and it was just the perfect and quiet place very enjoyable Highly recommend this place to stay

I got lost on my way there due to my miss entry into my GPS, called the property, and they were super helpful in getting me turned around and to the property with no further issues. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a nice, cool, and beautiful retreat. Everything was spick and span clean! The bed was very comfortable too. Plenty of nice clean towels and extra blankets and pillows to boot. Apartment was very quiet and I felt very secure. This is definitely a place I would recommend to rent!

My ONLY suggestion is that you need a full-length mirror either in the bedroom or bathroom for us ladies to check our attire. Seriously though there is nothing else that I could think of that you didn't already provide.
