"Excellent stay.. great location, apartment large, complex very clean and safe with security"

Contacted host 10 minutes before arrival and was met with keys

Lack of bathroom towels, no hand towels, only bath towels. No information in the apartment regarding bins, pool times etc, welcome pack information would be very helpful.
