Spacious Seaview Apartment, 62 Perissa

The pics posted is very misleading. It looked much more spacious and modern op the pics than we way we found it. My mom had a back operation and the stairs were just to much for her to get to the beach and back. As nowhere on the pics or bookingdetails it shows that you have to use that much stairs to get around. To get to the department it felt like going into a basement. The smell in the appartment when we arrived was not fresh at all. Smelled like the apartment as well as the cupboards were damp and smelled like mould. None of my guests unpacked. We chose to rather live from our suitcases. The kitchen towels was not white, but greyish in colour. Even some of the towls had some stains. We used the balcony most of the time, as the apartment was to crowded for 8 people This apartment needs some urgent upgrade for the kind of money that we paid.

Excellent security staff. The complex was clean and tidy. The apartment was cosy and equipt to suite all our needs. It was close to the main and private beach as well as the pool area.

Only concern was cleanlyness. The appartment apeared clean however the floor was sticky and dirty. An aircon would make the appartment much more comfortable.

I loved that the pool was so close to the apartment. The place is spacious and the host, Deneil is amazing. Very easy to deal with. Love this place👌
