"It was way much better before. Terrible dissapointed about this stay."

I have been to this hotel several times in the past. It seems that management change since the hotel is not as good as it was. Personal are all amateurs, new restaurant is terrible and doesnt go withe the cool concept the hotel used to have. So sorry to see that this location has gone to waist.

Love the pool, patio, staff, breakfast, location, and room!

It was loud both weekend nights from some club that was going until 4 am. Would have liked a room not facing that. One night it smelled very strongly of smoke all in the room too.

Location is great, staff was courteous , breakfast was amazing . Also thank you for the welcome drink!

Beautiful architecturally significant hotel but not super comfortable. Not enough electrical sockets for my many tech devices. Room is a little dark.

"Disappointing"

Nice location, clean.

A/C broken, told us we're wrong and it just needs time. At 6pm it was still 84F/29C in the room. Asked again for a room change, got denied again. Technician came a second time around 7pm and fixed it. Lobby is tiny, checkin is only at 3pm, so around then it looked like a refugee camp with bags. They couldn't even find ours that we left there earlier because the room wasn't ready. Told us it's in the room which it wasn't and they finally found it in a different corridor. Told us there's parking, which actually means you have to double park in a busy street in Guadalajara and run in with your hazards on to grab someone to Valet the car. Overall way overpriced for something that added stress to our trip instead of the opposite.
