Elevator broke. Went down stairs and door was locked at bottom. Had to go back to 4th floor until staff got us out. Didn’t like feeling trapped in the hotel.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating and even gave us a room change for the mood light not working in the previous room. Ordering food was a breeze and the room was extremely clean with the best value for what I paid

Good location…

Thin walls! You can’t sleep because you hear the sound from the other room. Sink was blocked. NO TOILET PAPER !! Not even a toilet holder. Aircon is noisy. One room we occupied, the shower is so small with no curtains or wall. The other room we occupied, we could hear the noise from the garage. The safe is not working.
