Cleanliness very dirty and strong odor of dog.

This is a modern and comfortable apartment very close to Whitby centre and the beach. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the keyless system works really well as we could spend time on the beach without the worry of losing keys. The shower is perfect after long walks along the beach. Close to Sandsend and Whitby making it an ideal place for walks along beaches, the cinder path (old railway) or cliff tops. We stayed here with our dog who was welcomed. The apartment worked well with our dog as the living room and kitchen have hard floors. Although we only stayed for 2 nights and did not use the kitchen facilities it is well equipped, has convection microwave, Grill, toaster, kettle, T towel, dish washing liquid and kitchen sponge as well as the usual pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, (note that there is no cleaning products supplied). Will definitely stay here again.

Not a deal breaker by any means but would have appreciated some cleaning products so that we could keep the place clean. I know that this is a self catering apartment but the advert mentions toiletries, we did not bring shampoo so were a little put out that we had to find a shop on arrival. Not a big issue but it would be good to know these things in advance, when we come again we will bring cleaning products, shampoo and conditioner. We did appreciate the lavender hand and body wash that was supplied.

Good location and kitchen facilities.

Bed is uncomfortable. Floor dirty, in living room and bathroom, not sure when it was last moped. Suggest shelves for toiletries in the bathroom.

Clean, well kept and perfect location. A minute walk from the beach front while avoiding the busy bars/ restaurants. However, still a short walk away. Very modern and perfect size for a weekend stay.

Great location, cosy and comfortable. Very clean and tidy with a particularly good shower. Parking on site is handy but a little awkward and not helpful when other guests nick your space! But staff were communicative and brilliantly helpful. Would stay again.
