The personnel were very nice and helpful, the place is clean and quiet. The air conditioning is efficient and doesn't directly face the bed, so you can keep it on all night. There were no mosquitoes. Maybe they all died from the heat this summer. The breakfast is abundant. I didn't use the swimming pool, but it was well maintained and it would definitely be useful for people with children.

Even though it's near the sea, you still need a car to go to the beach (unless you fancy a 1 km walk in the sun) because there is no direct path from the hotel. Some of the furniture is worn out and there's no desk, even if there's a lot of space to put it. The mattress was hard, but I was warned by the previous reviews, so I brought a thin foam mattress to put under the sheet and I slept well.

Value for price the hotel deserves a 5 star rating, the room was fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The bonus of a swimming pool with drinks available from the most friendly management and staff was incredible. Whilst your own transport is required there are two magnificent restaurants within 4 minutes’ drive.

Comfortable and not pretentious. The pool was very clean and beautiful. Breakfast was great. Very friendly owners. Furniture are dated but this is fine as it is comfortable and for this price the value is great. Great beaches and beautiful wetlands around. Smell off strawberry in the air from nearby plantations. All in all a great stay!

Location is away from noise, in a rather rural area, ideal for relaxing. Hotel is in walking distance from a beautiful, organised beach with a restaurant and beach bar, with thin sand, and space for your own umbrella and gear. As the hotel is in the countryside, your car is your best, needed friend, to explore the places and beaches around it, in a radius of 50km allowing to discover great and unique locations (also following the hotel owners suggestions). In our 6 days we probably did 500km in total, driving around each day. The hotel is a family business, we were welcomed and treated as if we were friends since a long time, the service was great and it was what we expected from a 2-star hotel (that most visitors and commenters may tend to forget). The room was big enough for a 3-member family, air-conditioned, with a mini-fridge, hot water (shower) and TV, all rooms facing the garden (as the pool was on the far-side of the estate). The pool was clean, available from breakfast until sunset and the pool bar was open until midnight, with pricing being very reasonable for extra drinks. The breakfast area was comfortable, the breakfast was satisfactory and the most important for us, the people (the owners) were available for us at any time. A recommended place for a quiet time alone or with family, with great places to see around by car.

I would have preferred slightly taller and softer beds myself, but this is a personal preference; nevertheless, as this hotel only started operating again since last year (2023) it is understandable that some things will evolve over time, so I look forward to visiting again and see a renewed interior, or even upgraded to one more extra star. We did not face any humidity issues (in the middle of a hot summer) but indeed, the windows would have greatly benefited from blinds or at least, thicker curtains to block the early morning sun to avoid waking up too early.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet place, perfect for sleep after long driving. Fenced parking, nice place, good price.

Room and bedding could be more cleaner. There was terribly high humidity, must be constant ventilation.

Nice sized room, slept well, good breakfast. Best was meeting Ritsa and her family! We really enjoyed talking to Ritsa and wish them all the best! We enjoyed visiting Strofylia National Park and Gianiskari Beach!
