"Superb"

Amazing place with breathtaking views and a beautiful garden with barbecue. The apartment's furniture was quite authentic and had everything we needed, it was really clean, the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I would only suggest the lighting to be improved a bit as our bedroom and the kitchen weren't lighted enough but that's a minor disadvantage and I would still recommend this place!

Great location to escape busy Florence, but still be a short train ride away. Communal wood-fired BBQ area was great. But they are maybe short-staffed or just not paying enough attention to providing a service to their guests as per below

Fire-places in apartments shown in photos in full flame are not operational. Charge of 18 Euro/day for heating & charged for final night but heating had been turned off. Towels provided on arrival were clean but still wet as had obviously not been in dryer long enough.Had to chase up for toilet paper, some cleaning supplies
