Beautiful caravan near Edinburgh nr 14

Caravan was lovely and clean and beautiful. Lovely welcome snacks and drinks. Extremely well presented. .

Wifi didn't work despite several attempts. Unable to watch TV all weekend as WiFi reliant tried with phone and unwatchable. Made the evenings in the van very boring and unenjoyable. Rules stating it was a requirement to strip all beds along with taking all bins out and everything else for the cleaning crew actually made me feel like the cleaner I book through booking.com about 25 times a year and unfortunately this is my first non positive review. The TV was a major downfall. That how I relax at night. I had to leave at 7.30 am on Sunday morning and stripping all the beds was not convenient. My reviews are all glowing for the standard I leave properties.

Such a beautiful homely caravan and such a great place in the park, lovely little quiet part with nice surroundings, well looked after van and had the essentials which was really helpful.

safe place more security access control and indipendant place .. nice clean appartment

Check in and out should be flexible and staff need corporate on that factor .. least if check in request is 1200 need to flex for checkout timing aswell ..any way need to follow the guidance if ang other booking in place for same appartment. But still can give buffer time forthw customers .. need to value the costmer comfort aswell..
