Quiet , comfortable , everyone was kind and courteous

Wifi reception was not great after paying for multiple accounts

Booking.com. You failed! We told you several times that we need pet friendly units. To get there and by 3rd day was told we cannot have pets in cabins. Luckily we were leaving next day. I hope to never go through booking.com again

Being harassed for having a dog in cabin.

Fully equipped cottage with two bedrooms (bunk beds in one, a nice full bed in the other), large fridge, small kitchen with sufficient equipment, living room with sofa and dining table/chairs, a great shower with view on the pine trees and a terrace. Cottage was very clean. Toilet papers, dishwashing liquid, sponge were provided. We didn’t bring towels and linens but they can be rented at the reception. The cottages are between pine trees with fire pits and additional tables in between. The swimming pool area is large and kids enjoyed it very much.

We loved sitting out on the porch with our coffee in the morning.

I didn't like that "linens not provided" also meant blankets. I brought towels/ washcloths and sheets/pillow cases but did not bring blankets because "linens" does not usually mean blankets and other rental cottages I've stayed in provided blankets. We arrived after dark, and going out to buy blankets wasn't an option, so we slept with only sheets the first night. There was also no enforcement of quiet hours, and our neighbors were very loud at ALL hours. We didn't get much sleep, which made our planned daily activities more difficult. Also, pool hours were minimal and made it difficult to utilize, although the pool was beautiful.

Amazing people. Amazing staff evryone was super friendly and welcoming. First time here and we really enjoyed it. Plan on making this our place to go for the future

Nothing. Everything was amazing

The cottage was very clean. Area was quiet in the evenings, and it was very pleasant sitting out on the porch. Kitchenette facilities were adequate for our needs. The staff and other guests were very welcoming to our service dog.

One bed was described as "full", but it must have been queen-sized, as the sheets we brought were too small. There were no blinds over the front door, which made it impossible to have complete privacy at night.

New bathroom, bedrooms are good. Nice mosquito screen in the balcony. Fire pit, unfortunately we did not have chance to start a fire
