The Cobble Beach Hotel- Phi Phi Island

Największą zaletą był miły Pan który pomaga z bagażami. Niestety trudno ocenić coś więcej pozytywnie.

Zaniki energii. Zużyte wnętrza domków. Brudna łazienka nie dająca poczucia komfortu. Sporo robaczków pojawiających się w pokoju. Byliśmy dwie noce, dało się przetrwać, jednak przy dłuższym pobycie niestety nie zdecydowałbym się aby zostać tam z rodziną.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was really good and delicious.

The noise from the party beach cannot be escaped, the walls are thin. The breakfast is minimalist. And the walk to the hotel is uphill so need to be fit!

The staff were amazing - carried our bags to our rooms in the heat. The view and pool was amazing as well.

Pool and pool area was in direct sun most of the day, the room was very loud from the beach music, beds and pillows very uncomfortable and left us with sore necks. The shower was quite unpleasant. If the price was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad.

Le bruit et la musique toute la nuit. Hébergement pas très bien entretenu. Toilettes bouchés, porte de la salle de bain bloquée. Petit déj très simple. L hôtel est situé à 20 min de marche de l embarcadaire en haut d une côte pas facile d accès

The staff were the best and caring, when we had problems with our room we were upgraded to a brilliant room

Their were issues when we first arrived with lightbulbs and water in our initial room but we were moved very quickly to an upgraded room so this didn’t affect our stay in the slightest Only other thing is that it’s abit far from the main area which I loved but my girlfriend definitely did not due to the up hill end to the walk.

I don’t like the property at all - it doesn’t match the photos at all !

Beware - please read this before even considering booking this place. The gap between the photos and the actual place is night and day. What is shown online does not reflect reality. I am writing this review so other travelers will not go through what we went through. This place was completely different from what was shown online. The photos created an expectation of a proper hotel with a sea view, but the reality was nothing like that. In my experience, this did not feel like a hotel at all - it felt more like a very low-level hostel. When we arrived at the pier, no one was waiting for us as promised. We called and sent messages again and again, including through Booking.com, and no one answered. We were left standing there in the heat with our luggage, confused and helpless. Only after more than an hour did someone finally arrive. From there, we had to walk uphill for more than 30 minutes in extreme heat with our luggage. There was no proper transportation, no clear help, and no real support. When we finally arrived, the room was a shock. We booked a sea view room, but the room we were shown had no sea view and did not match the photos at all. The place looked neglected, the room was not clean, the floor had sand and debris, and the bedding was stained. When we said this was not the room we booked and tried to take photos to document the situation, they did not allow us to properly take photos. There was almost no one who could communicate with us in English. The staff called the owner on FaceTime, and instead of trying to solve the problem, she told us to leave and request a refund through Booking.com. We were pressured to leave, and at first our luggage was not immediately released to us. We felt trapped, humiliated, and helpless in a foreign place. We left because the owner told us to leave and said the refund would be handled through Booking.com. We trusted that statement. But until today, the refund has not been approved.
