Está situado a un paso de Ocean drive y de south beach. Todo tipo de restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. El apartamento es amplio.

La limpieza, el sofá estaba muy sucio y las sábanas que nos dieron para el mismo tb. El ruido , por la noche se escucha todo el ruido de la calle hasta las cinco o seis de la mañana que cierran los bares.

Такої брудної квартири я не бачила в житті, все в жирних плямах, стіни чорні, у ванні мурахи та пліснява. Фарба облуплена, столи та стільці в плямах від кружок які люди ставили. На підлозі купа волосся та у ванній тхне сирістю та пліснявою.
