It was clean and spacious

I didn't like that my reservation was downgraded to a different location and without my knowledge, the staff gave me no heads up as to what the issues were just sent me an email to a location I DIDN'T BOOK. I was promised a $100 refund for the inconvenience being that the room I was given had less amenities, also NOT on the lake like I had paid for in my original booking... We are going on the second week since my stay and still no refund or communication . We made the best of it, it wasn't that 201 Fulton wasn't nice but it wasn't what I paid for and giving someone your word on a reimbursement then giving them the run around every time they call is not good business practice. Won't be booking with them anymore.

A maintenance man responded quickly when the A/C unit wouldn't turn on. He repaired it quickly.

Keuerig machine didn't work. And 1/2 bath toilet filled slowly and handle was almost broken.
