Belle chambre. Personnes à l’accueil très gentilles

Les chaises longues sont réservées aux personnes qui consomment au restaurant. Aucune alternative intéressante pour s’allonger. Ambiance impersonelle. Il s’agit d’une chaine et ça parait. Lorsque j’ai demandé un remboursement ou un changement de chaine on m’a refusé. Les gens qui y travaillent n’ont pas de sourire. Rien pour se faire du café. Les coussins pour s’allonger sont sales.

Excelente ubicación, hermoso bar en la playa. Habitación con A/A, linda terraza y patio con sombra. Muy geniales las chicas del staff, y muy buena música!

Quizás faltan lavabos para tanta cantidad de huéspedes.

Perfect location on the beach. Great to meet different kinds of people with a nice vibe on the beach chairs. Room had air conditioning.

Felt a little expensive considering there is no pool.

Good location near the beach and a social atmosphere.

The internet in my room was almost unusable. The maximum speed I measured was around 0.5 Mbps, and often it was even slower or disconnected completely. This does not match the “high-speed internet” listed in the booking confirmation. For the first two days it was almost impossible to shower because the shower head was faulty and the water pressure was extremely weak. The hostel later replaced the shower head, which helped slightly, but the pressure remained low. I was also charged an additional fee for paying with a debit card, which was not disclosed in the booking confirmation. When I raised the issue, the hostel said the charge was correct. Only after I provided official bank documents and the property stopped responding to Booking.com did Booking.com refund the difference. Because I booked 14 days, I ended up paying about 20% or more per night compared with shorter stays that appeared later. The hostel said nothing could be adjusted because the booking was already confirmed. Advice: Book only a few nights first and extend later if you like the place, instead of committing to a long stay immediately.
